If there’s chaos, he organizes it. If there’s a deadline, he meets it. NEBB-certified and known for staying unshaken on-site, Akhilesh brings clarity and control to complex projects. When he’s not managing execution, he’s usually debating the right way to do things and how to get the job done.

Palash brings a calm, dependable approach to challenging sites. As a Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP), he works in line with ASHRAE guidelines, keeps projects on schedule, supports site teams, and handles pressure with patience. His focus on doing the job right ensures systems are commissioned correctly and perform as intended.

With PMVA certification and a strong eye for detail, Mayur brings technical clarity to every phase of execution. He listens first, analyses fast and acts with intention, a combination that keeps projects moving without chaos. Efficiency and precision are his default settings.

Mahesh brings hands-on commissioning experience across varied projects and site conditions. With NEBB certification and a BCxP credential, he focuses on how systems are actually installed and operate on site, not just how they appear on drawings. His approach ensures performance is verified, gaps are resolved during execution, and systems are tested to work reliably before handover.
